Because all our products are custom-made to your specifications, our refund and cancellation policies differ from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Production Begins: You may cancel your order at any time before production has started. If you have made an advance payment, we will refund the full amount within 7-10 business days.
After Production Begins: Once your order has entered production (after design approval and payment), cancellation is generally not possible because custom-printed items cannot be resold. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

2. Refund for Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our printing. If you receive items with genuine printing defects, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Reprint: We will reprint the defective items at no additional cost.
- Partial Refund: We will refund the cost of the defective items only.
- Full Refund: In cases where the entire order is defective, we will issue a full refund.
3. How to Report a Defect
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Send clear photographs of the defective items to info@annareaddycustoms.shop or via WhatsApp.
- Include your order details (name, order date, quantity) in your message.
- Our team will review the photographs and respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution.
4. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or reprints:
- Design Errors: If the design was approved by you before printing, we are not responsible for design-related issues (spelling mistakes, wrong colors in the design file, etc.).
- Minor Color Variations: Small differences between the on-screen mockup and the final print are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.
- Sizing Issues: If you provided the size breakdown and the T-shirts match the sizes ordered, we cannot accept returns for fit preferences.
- Damage After Delivery: Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling after delivery is not covered.
- Change of Mind: Since all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer).
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
6. Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order (change sizes, colors, or design), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are possible only before production begins. Once printing has started, changes cannot be accommodated.
