1. Shipping Coverage

Anna Readdy Customs ships to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping availability and charges for international orders are calculated based on destination and package weight.

Exact shipping charges (if applicable) are communicated as part of your quote before you confirm the order. There are no hidden shipping fees.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on your location, order size, and the printing method used. Below are general estimates:

Maharashtra (State)	3-5 business days after dispatch
Rest of India (Metro Cities)	4-7 business days after dispatch

Note: These are estimated timelines after your order has been dispatched. Production time (typically 3-7 business days depending on order size and method) is separate from shipping time. The total timeline from order confirmation to delivery is discussed during the quoting process.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking number and courier partner details via email and/or WhatsApp.
• You can track your shipment using the courier partner's website or app.
• If you face any issues with tracking, contact us and we will help you locate your shipment.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reputable courier partners for domestic and international deliveries. The specific courier partner is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
• If delivery fails after multiple attempts (wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.), the package may be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages.
• Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address with a working phone number.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged during transit:

• Document the damage with photographs before opening the package.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and items.
• We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

8. Local Pickup

If you are in Mumbai, you may opt for local pickup from our location at Andheri West. There are no shipping charges for local pickup orders. Pickup timing is coordinated after your order is ready.
