1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (annareaddycustoms.shop) or placing an order with Anna Readdy Customs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Anna Readdy Customs provides custom T-shirt printing services, including but not limited to screen printing, DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, heat transfer, vinyl printing, embroidery, and sublimation printing. We also offer design assistance for customers who do not have a ready design.
3. Orders & Pricing
- Minimum Order: Our minimum order quantity is 5 pieces per design.
- Pricing: Prices are quoted individually based on T-shirt type, printing method, design complexity, quantity, and customization requirements. All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Quote Validity: Quotes provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. However, once a quote is accepted and payment is made, the agreed price will be honored for that order.
4. Design & Artwork
- Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or sufficient information for our team to create a design.
- Design assistance is provided free of charge for orders of 10 or more pieces. For orders of 5-9 pieces, a nominal design fee may apply.
- We provide 1-2 design revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- The customer must approve the final design mockup before production begins. Once approved, we are not responsible for design-related issues.
- We do not print copyrighted, trademarked, or offensive content without proper authorization from the rights holder.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via UPI, direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery (for select domestic orders).
- For new customers, we may require 50% advance payment before production begins, with the balance due before shipping.
- For repeat customers, payment terms may be flexible based on order history.
- Orders are not processed until the required payment is received.
6. Production & Delivery
- Production timelines are discussed and agreed upon during the order confirmation process. Timelines vary based on order size, printing method, and current workload.
- We make every effort to meet agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (material shortages, courier delays, natural events, etc.).
- Shipping is handled through our courier partners. Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 for domestic deliveries.
7. Quality & Returns
- We inspect each order for quality before shipping. Our quality commitment covers genuine defects in printing.
- If you receive items with printing defects, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
- We will reprint defective items or issue a refund at our discretion. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
- Minor variations in color between the screen mockup and the final print are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.
- We do not accept returns for custom-printed items unless there is a genuine defect in our printing.
8. Intellectual Property
- Customers retain ownership of their original designs and artwork.
- By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the design.
- Anna Readdy Customs is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from designs provided by the customer.
- We may photograph completed orders for our portfolio with the customer's consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Anna Readdy Customs' liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
